Tuition Policy (excludes Company students)
Any class after the 5th is FREE. Registration discount given to anyone taking 2 or more classes.
Payment Options:
Option 1:
Registration fee and 1st installment due at registration. Balance payable in 2 installments due:
January 15th
April 15th
Option 2:
Pay entire year & registration fee in full & receive 5% discount (10% for families with 2 or more students)
a $25.00 late fee will be added to your tuition if payment is not made by the due date. No exceptions! There will be a $25.00 fee for all returned checks. If a check is returned a second time, there will be a $25.00 fee and only cash will be accepted as payment. Any student whose tuition is more than 14 days past due will not be allowed to attend class. Registration fees & tuition payments are non-refundable.

Registration:
Dancin' Feet reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes as necessary. In order to dance in the recital, you must be registered and in attendance before November 1st. Registrations after November 1st are welcome to participate in class, however, will not be recital participants. Classes start September 19th.
Attendance:
Regular attendance is a must, as each student is important to the success of the whole class. Interest is held when there is progress and development. Missed lessons slows both, not only for your child but for the entire class. Please drop off your dancers a few minutes prior to class time and please pick up dancers promptly. We cannot be responsible for any child outside his/her class time.
There are no refunds or deductions for missed or canceled classes. If your child misses a class please check for a makeup time.
Trophies- All students who attend Dancin' Feet and participate in recitals consecutively will receive 3, 5, 7, 9 (etc.) year trophies, and 10th year solo.
Studio Closings - Our studio calendar most closely coincides with the public schools calendar (see below). Please call if your are not sure about a holiday closing.
Snow Days- The studio will usually close in accordance with the school district regarding snow days, early dismissal and after school activity cancellation due to weather. Please call the studio for confirmation. Makeup for these classes may be taken anytime before a recital. There are no refunds or transfer of money once it has been paid.
Dress Code:
All children must wear appropriate dance attire, which consists of leotards, tights, tutus, jazz pants and the corrrect shoes per teachers instructions. No school clothes, oversized T-Shirts or baggy pants will be permitted. For safety reasons. any child who is not properly dresses for class will not be allowed to participate in that day's lesson. All hair must be pulled pack.
Note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend that all clothing be labeled with your child's name. If found, lost clothing will be placed in our lost propery box in the back. Unclaimed items will be donated to a charitable organization at the end of each month.
Recital:
Our annual recital will be held in May or June, with Dress Rehearsal and Picture Day. Location and dates will be announced at a later time. Anyone attending a recital will need to purchase a ticket and there is no guarantee that siblings will perform in the same recital. In fairness to all dancers, all students must remain for the entire recital and will be released to an assigned parent/guardian after the grand finale. No students will be released before this time.
Costumes:
It is required that you purchase a costume for each class. The costume fee is due by December 1st. Your child's costume cannot be ordered unless the fee is paid. There are no refunds. Tuition must be paid in full before your child can receive his/her costume.
Parent Observation:
Our observation windows will be open from September - December at which time they will be closed so that we may begin recital work. Please refrain from distracting students from their class. In order to limit interruptions, students and observers should use bathrooms before and after class.
Miscellaneous:
No outside food or drinks are to be consumed by parents or students in the waiting area or the dance studios.
Dancin' Feet is not liable for any injuries to any person, which occur in our dance studio or at any event.
